One of B2B revamp products from QBE digital transformation program. Personal Accident Protection Plus is an online platform for all customers to get an instant insurance quotation. This responsive website was developed with agile approach, after the B2B2C project of Manulife X QBE. This project aims to provide design solutions to enhance global design guideline and based on the pain points gathered from different parties - Users, Agents and Stakeholders of QBE to enhance overall user experience and meet the business expectation.
