The framework can add value to sustainable change, assist us in discovering the problems through research & analysis, gaining insight from the findings to reduce risks and provide innovative solutions. As a result, design thinking helps to integrate and achieve the balance between the planet, people and business. This is a flexible and iterative approach, therefore, it can apply to different situations of organisations and corporations to provide an inclusive and empathic future for our new generation in the long term.
