B2B2C online insurance platform - Personal Accident Protection Plus

One of B2B2C revamp products from QBE digital transformation program. Personal Accident Protection Plus is an online platform for registered QBE agent from Manulife who send to customers to get a instant insurance quotation. This responsive website was developed with very limited resources on user research. The requirement and pain points from users were gathered from different parties - Users, Agents and Stakeholders of Manulife / QBE. Moreover, assess UX design is the key to enhance user experience and meet the business expectation.
